technology vendor’s proposal prior to an organizations purchase of the
product or service.
TecArc is expert at negotiating the most complete and cost effective
solution with an
organization’s existing vendor of choice.
With TecArc’s “Business Technology Services” we are available as your
instant expert to
assure you are always getting the best solution and price from your existing
or perspective
technology providers.
TecArc’s prepay service plans can provide an organization with a custom mini
version
of our “Outsourced CTO Service”.
TecArc also has
fixed rate plans available for Internet connectivity and
several other common technology needs.
TecArc’s “Technolog-e-Advisor Service” provides the ability to get answers
to technology issues for a flat annual fee. Twelve to Thirty Six month subscriptions are
offered that allow one individual call per day. Each call is covered by the
subscription for the first Thirty Minutes of the
call. Calls lasting longer than Thirty Minutes are billed at TecArc’s then
current standard hourly
rate in Fifteen Minute increments beginning with the Thirty First Minute of
the call.
TecArc’s “Technology FYI E-Mail
Bulletin” provides information on technology
issues that effect your business. Twelve to Thirty Six month subscriptions
are
available and bulletins are sent at minimum once per month.
